What is Total Activity (TA)?

TA stands for Total Activity, and is measures both the peroxide activity (PA) and non-peroxide activity (NPA) in the honey. A honey's TA ratings is a 

representation of its antimicrobial quality (How good it is at killing bacteria). The Higher the TA rating the higher the antimicrobial strength.

Values above TA10 deliver beneficial properties, while values of, or above TA30+ are exceptional and have great health benefits.
